He was Vice Chairman and Director of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai from 2019 to 2021, Vice President of Fung & Yu CPA Ltd. since 2019, and President of Frontier Immigration Ltd. since 2006. Charette holds a Master in Law from City University of Hong Kong and a Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria. Zhi Xia, age 43, has been an Independent Director since December 2024. He has served as CEO of Shanghai Runwu Information Technology Co., Ltd. since December 2021 and was General Manager of Shanghai Hai’ao Pu Industrial Co., Ltd. from 2014 to 2021. Xia holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and technology from Anhui University of Technology. Jie Zhong, age 49, is an Independent Director.
