1. Joseph H. Towell: CEO and Director from 2010 until it was acquired by F.N.B. Corporation in 2017. Towell was named President, CEO, and director of Yadkin Financial in 2010. Prior to his time at Yadkin, he served as an Executive Vice President of First Citizens Bancshares Inc. and as President and CEO of First Citizens Bank & Trust Company in Raleigh, North Carolina. Towell also served as the President and CEO of Bank of North Carolina and The Bank of Granite.
2. Christopher J. S. Blake: Chairman from 2013 until it was acquired by F.N.B. Corporation in 2017. Blake also served as the CEO of First National Bank and Trust Company in Southern Pines, North Carolina. He has more than 35 years of banking experience and is active in community affairs.
3. James C. Randolph: President, Chief Operating Officer, and Director until it was acquired by F.N.B. Corporation in 2017. Randolph joined Yadkin in 2010 from his previous position as President and CEO of the Bank of North Carolina. Prior to this role, Randolph was President and CEO of Capital Bank Corporation and served in various senior executive positions at SunTrust Bank and Wachovia Corporation.
4. T. Eugene Lamm III: Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer until it was acquired by F.N.B. Corporation in 2017. Lamm previously served as the Chief Credit Officer for the Bank of Granite and has more than 35 years of experience in commercial and community banking.
5. William E. Long: Director since 2012 until it was acquired by F.N.B. Corporation in 2017. Long is retired from a career in banking that spanned over 40 years. He served as CEO of BB&T of Triad Region (BB&T Bank) and also as President of Bank of America's Triad Region.
