Thiago Maffra, age 41, has served as Chief Executive Officer since May 2021. He was Chief Technology Officer from September 2018 to May 2021 and joined the XP group in February 2015. His prior experience includes roles as a trader at Corretora Souza Barros Câmbio e Títulos S.A. and Bulltick Capital Markets Holdings, LLC. He holds a CFA charter, a bachelor's degree in business administration from INSPER, and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Victor Andreu Mansur Farinassi, age 36, has been Chief Financial Officer since August 2024. He has over 15 years of experience in the financial market and joined XP CCTVM in 2012, holding several leadership positions within XP. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. Fabrício Cunha de Almeida, age 43, has been General Counsel since November 2019 and has served as general counsel of the XP group since 2011. Prior to that, he worked as a lawyer at Barbosa, Müssnich & Aragão from 2005 to 2011. He holds a bachelor's degree in law from Universidade Cândido Mendes and a postgraduate degree in corporate law and capital markets from FGV.
