Yifei Hou, age 38, has served as Chief Executive Officer and Director since May 2015. Prior to this, he was a project manager at Tesla APAC from June 2014 to September 2015. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Toronto.
Joel Adalberto Gallo, age 53, has been Chief Financial Officer since September 2025. His previous roles include CFO of HD EDU (February 2023 to August 2025), CoinTiger (July 2022 to January 2023), and ETAO International Group (March 2021 to May 2022), as well as CEO of Columbia China League Business Advisory Co. (November 2019 to February 2021). He co-founded GLS Group LLC (April 2013 to October 2019) and serves as an adjunct professor at New York University and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He holds a B.A. in finance from Binghamton University, an M.A. in international relations from Tufts University, and an M.P.A. from Columbia University.
Aatish V Patel, age 30, has been President since May 2022, overseeing U.S. business operations. His prior experience includes operations program manager at Desktop Metal (October 2021 to April 2022), supply chain consultant at Deloitte (September 2021 to October 2021), global sourcing engineer at Formlabs Inc. (October 2019 to August 2021), and project engineer at Fellowes Brands (August 2018 to September 2019). He holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from New York University and a master of liberal arts in management from Harvard University.
Alexander Jacob Urist, age 33, has served as Vice President since May 2022, responsible for marketing. Previously, he was head of business development at SupChina Inc. (September 2018 to May 2022), associate in business development at Magellan Research Group (October 2016 to September 2018), and director in transactions at Ascension Capital Group (May 2015 to July 2016). He holds a B.A. in Mandarin and economics from Kenyon College.
Albina Iljasov, age 36, has been Head of Europe since September 2021, managing European business operations and growth. Before this, she was head of sales and business development for Europe. Prior to joining, she was business development manager for the DACH region at EVBox (February 2020 to September 2021) and worked in regional sales at E.ON Drive (May 2018 to February 2020).
Javier Lázaro, age 35, has served as Head of Sales Europe since 2021, responsible for commercial strategy and business development in Europe. He was previously Sales Manager for Southern Europe at EVBox (2018 to 2021) and Bid Cost Manager at Alstom (2017 to 2018). He holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in industrial engineering with a focus on economics and management from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
Rui Ding, age 39, has been Chairman and Chief Technology Officer since May 2015. He was previously a project manager at Tesla APAC from November 2013 to September 2015. He holds a bachelor's degree from Beijing Jiaotong University.
