Pui Lung Ho, age 48, serves as Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director, and Chairman. He holds a Bachelor of Science, a Bachelor of Engineering in Building Engineering, and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from institutions in New Zealand and Hong Kong. With over 20 years of experience in the building industry, he joined Wang & Lee Contracting Limited in 2000. His expertise includes building services installation, energy management, and energy-saving planning design. He is a Certified Member of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and a Chartered Engineer of The Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers.
Yuk Ming Gary Ma, age 49, is the Chief Finance Officer. He is a qualified CPA of CPA Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accountancy, a Diploma for Post-Graduates, and a Master of Corporate Finance from New Zealand. He joined the company as CFO in December 2021 and has over 18 years of experience in the financial industry, having previously worked as Finance Manager for Chu Kong High-Speed Ferry Co. Ltd. and Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for Zuellig Pharma Limited.
Olivia Sarah Annabel Marion Serre, age 39, is an Independent Director. She graduated in France with a Bachelor of Architecture and Interior Design in 2010. She has extensive experience with architecture firms on commercial, residential, retail, and medical projects. In 2012, she founded Oli & J, a creative jewelry brand that has entered the European market and is displayed at the Victoria & Albert Museum.
Juan Ruiz-Coello, age 42, is an Independent Director and director of OJ Studio Pty Ltd. He has extensive experience in design and build projects, electrical network and fiber optic cable services, solar energy installations, energy efficiency, and cryptocurrency infrastructure. An accredited electrician since 2008, he has undertaken major design and build projects for commercial landmarks including the Queen Victoria Building and Sydney Westfields.
