Ltd., Jilin Aodong Pharmaceutical Group Co. Ltd., and Anhui Fengyuan Group Co. Ltd. He is an economist with a college degree in finance from Hubei Institute of Finance and Economics. Jiyi Li, age 49, has served as an independent Director since June 2020. He founded Beijing Microdouble Technology Ltd and has held various investment and management roles at Shengjing Wanglian Technology LLC, Beijing Yunzheng IT Ltd, and Beijing Sumavision Technology LLC. He holds a Master’s degree in civil and commercial law from Tsinghua University and is a licensed attorney. Peng Wang, age 62, has been an independent Director since April 14, 2022. His experience spans economy, finance, medical care, technology, medical investment management, supply chain management, and corporate mergers and acquisitions, with knowledge of emerging industries driven by technological innovation and medical finance.
