Youyi Zhang, age 41, is the Chief Financial Officer with over 15 years of experience in financial management, audit, and corporate governance. His previous positions include roles at Y.M. Kew & Co., China Construction (South Pacific) Development Co. Pte. Ltd., Double-Trans Pte. Ltd., Samco Civil Engineering Pte. Ltd., and Ascent Bridge Group Limited. He joined Webuy Group Limited in 2024. He is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant, Chartered Accountant of Singapore, and ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Shandong University of Finance. Catherine Ai Lian Phang, age 43, is the Chief Operating Officer. She has accounting experience including a senior associate position at KPMG LLP (2010–2011) and served as group financial controller at Vikudha Singapore Pte Ltd (2011–2012), overseeing finance, compliance, budgeting, and business development. Her industry experience spans power transmission and control equipment, research and development, healthcare, aviation, and investment holding companies.
