Douglas Davis, age 66, serves as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors and Interim Chief Executive Officer. He has experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, sales, and business development. Since 2001, he has been Managing Partner of CoBuilder, Inc., and was CEO of BitSpeed LLC from 2008 to 2018. He served as CEO of GBT Technologies, Inc. from July 2018 to April 2020. He holds an AB in Political Science from Stanford University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management.
Eric T. Shuss, age 58, is a Director with over 35 years of experience in high-technology companies, having held roles including Senior Industry Analyst, Managing Consultant, Director of Information Systems, CEO, COO, Vice President, and President. Since May 2019, he has been Senior Industry Analyst for Avantiico. From 2016 to 2019, he owned Peryton Systems, a consulting firm. He studied Computer Science at California State University Long Beach.
Erik Klinger, age 55, is Chief Financial Officer. He has provided advisory services to growing companies and was CEO of CIMfinity from 2020 to 2023. From 2016 to 2020, he was CFO and Head of Corporate Development at Gopher Protocol Inc. He co-founded Mindshift Partners and has worked in private equity and consulting firms including Andersen Consulting and Price Waterhouse. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
