Kaidi Tang, age 26, is an independent director. She holds an Executive MBA from the North China Institute of Aerospace Engineering and ESCP Business School. Tang has served as an independent director since December 8, 2025, and has over four years of finance experience, including roles as an auditor at WWC, P.C., Marcum Asia CPAs LLP, and Friedman LLP.
