Prior to this, he held various positions at Youngor Group Co., Ltd. from 2009 to 2025, including vice general manager of the Beijing region (2018–2025), regional sales director (2015–2018), and senior account manager/regional manager. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Hebei University (2005–2009).
Diyu Jiang, age 38, has been Chief Financial Officer since December 2025. Her previous roles include assistant to the chairman and finance manager at Wanxiang Xinyuan Technology Co., Ltd. (October 2024–April 2025), CFO at Tengchuanrui Plastic Products Co., Ltd. (August 2023–October 2024), CFO at Hunan Qingqing Consulting Co., Ltd. (March 2021–July 2023), and senior audit manager at Hunan Zhichao United Accounting Firm (July 2019–February 2021). She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Xiangtan University (2007–2011) and is a Certified Public Accountant (China) and Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA).
Xiaoyang Xie, age 44, has been Chief Technology Officer since December 2025. He previously served as director of human resources at Beijing Yunbaixun Technology Co., Ltd. (March 2019–September 2025), President and General Manager at Beijing Jinfang Times Technology Co., Ltd., and held sales management positions at Baidu Times Network Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Trade from Beijing University of Applied Technology (2000–2004).
Xiaoxia Wu, age 40, has been an Independent Director since December 2025. She serves on the nominating and corporate governance committee, the compensation committee, and chairs the audit committee. From May 2021 to January 2024, she was a human resources business partner at New Open Enterprise Management Group Co., Ltd., focusing on organizational diagnostics, talent reviews, succession planning, and recruitment plans.
