1. Kris Canekeratne - Chairman, President and CEO
Kris Canekeratne is the Chairman, President, and CEO of Virtusa. He co-founded the company in 1996 and has since led Virtusa's growth to become a global IT services and consulting firm. Prior to Virtusa, Kris worked at a number of successful technology companies like The Pioneer Group and The Open Software Foundation. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, and a master's degree in computer science from the California Institute of Technology.
2. Samir Dhir - Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Samir Dhir is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Virtusa. He joined Virtusa in 2013 and has overseen the company's delivery organization which includes global delivery centers, client partnerships, and alliances. Prior to Virtusa, Samir worked at IBM where he led the growth of IBM's application services business and worked with clients across multiple industries. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
3. Chandika Mendis - Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Chandika Mendis is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Virtusa. He joined Virtusa in 2017 and has more than 20 years of experience in finance and operations. Prior to joining Virtusa, Chandika worked at Genpact serving most recently as the CFO of the company's IT services business. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka, and an MBA from the University of Wales.
4. Roger Keith - Independent Director
Roger Keith is an Independent Director on Virtusa's board. He has been a director since 2007 and chairs the company's audit committee. Roger is also a director of several other companies, including Valley Bank and Valley National Bancorp. Prior to his board work, Roger served as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 35 years, where he focused on financial services clients.
