Bruce Cassidy was appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer on October 31, 2023, and became Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Principal Executive Officer (PEO) on January 4, 2024. He resigned from these positions on June 2, 2025. Cassidy was appointed Secretary on December 17, 2021, and became a member and chairman of the Board on June 28, 2022. Jacob Shrader was appointed Chief Operations Officer on November 1, 2023, with an annual salary of $235,200. Shrader was granted 150,000 incentive stock options on April 10, 2023, with 25% vesting on June 16, 2023. Mr. Mackey was appointed Chief Financial Officer, Principal Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer, and Treasurer on March 1, 2024, serving until August 8, 2025. Mr. Ottolenghi was appointed Chief Executive Officer, Principal Executive Officer, and President on June 2, 2025. Bruce Cassidy did not receive compensation for his roles as CEO, PEO, Secretary, or Chairman of the Board.
