Brian Podolak, age 50, is the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company. He co-founded the Company in 2021 and has held these positions since its inception. Podolak is an entrepreneur and IT engineer with experience in sales and software for global businesses. He has generated over $70 million in annual revenues in previous ventures and has developed enterprise sales, marketing platforms, and call centers. Prior to founding the Company, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing (2019-2020) and Vice President of Sales (2017-2019) at Arise Bioscience. He holds an engineering degree from ATI and began his career at Inacom.
James Sposato, age 56, is the Chief Technology Officer and Director, and a co-founder of the Company. He has served as CTO and director since the Company's inception. Sposato specializes in software technology development and implementation and is responsible for creating the Company's software and platforms. He developed the first software-based UPS manifest system, ShipFast, as well as banking and telecom software. Before joining the Company, he was Senior Software Developer at Arise BioScience (2019-2021) and CTO at X 989, Inc. (2017-2019). He attended the University of Florida, majoring in Computer Science and Engineering, and began his career writing assembler code for cable advertising companies. Sposato has developed software for various industries and has built and sold several internet companies focused on automated advertising and affiliate marketing.
