Pham Nhat Vuong, age 57, has served as Managing Director and CEO since January 2024 and has been a Board member since March 2022. He was Chairman of the Board from March 2022 to January 2024 and is Chairman of the board of directors of Vingroup. He founded Vingroup's core businesses Vinpearl, Vincom, and Technocom Co. Ltd. in Ukraine. He holds a bachelor's degree in geoeconomic engineering from Russian State Geological Prospecting University.
Le Thi Thu Thuy, age 51, has been Chairwoman and Director since January 2024 and a Board member since March 2022. She served as Managing Director and Global CEO from March 2022 to January 2024. She is Chairwoman of VinFast Vietnam and Vice Chairwoman of Vingroup. She joined Vingroup in 2008 and has held senior roles including CFO and CEO of Vingroup, CEO of VinSmart, and Chairwoman and CEO of Adayroi (VinEcom). Previously, she was Vice President at Lehman Brothers for Japan, Thailand, and Singapore from 2000 to 2008. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Hanoi Foreign Trade University, an MBA in Finance from the International University of Japan, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.
Ling Chung Yee Roy, age 48, has been an Independent Director since March 2022. He is CEO and Founder of FollowTrade and an Adjunct Instructor at the National University of Singapore, Singapore Management University, and Singapore University of Social Sciences. He has over 20 years of investment banking experience with JPMorgan, Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs, and Salomon Smith Barney, and over 18 years of corporate governance experience. He has been recognized as Real Estate Executive of the Year by Singapore Business Review and as a Top 20 Rising Star in Real Estate by Institutional Investor.
Tham Chee Soon, age 61, has been an Independent Director since May 2024. He has served as an independent director of CH Offshore Limited since July 2023 and Tokio Marine Insurance Singapore since July 2024. He is director and CFO of RF Acquisition Corp II since March 2024 and RF Acquisition Corp III since September 2025, both Nasdaq-listed special purpose acquisition companies. He has served on boards and audit committees of not-for-profit organizations including the Bone Marrow Donor Program since 2018. He is a Public Accountant licensed in Singapore, a Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore, a CFA charterholder, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Certified Practising Accountants Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore and retired as an audit partner from a Big Four accounting firm in 2018 after 31 years.
Nguyen Thi Van Trinh, age 52, has been a Director since March 2022. She has been a director of Asian Star since March 2006 and a director at Vingroup Global Pte. Ltd. since May 2019, Vingroup Investment Pte. Ltd. since April 2019, and Affinitee Holding in Singapore.
