President, Amoco Canada, and subsequently was named president, BP Canada. |

Mr. Gillespie joined Unocal
on October 1, 2003. Mr. Gillespie joined Unocal from the Washington, D.C.
office of the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom, where he
advised energy clients and worked on a variety of international projects.
Previously, he was Senior Vice President and General Counsel with Mobil
Corporation, where he worked for 20 years. |

Vice President of Global Gas effective July 1, 2004. Mr. Howard served as
