Mark Angelo, aged 54, has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since September 2025. He is President and partner of Yorkville Advisors, founded in 2001, where he has overseen transactions involving approximately $7 billion across more than 730 companies. His previous roles include senior positions at the May Davis Group and the Boston Group. Angelo has been Chairman of Yorkville Acquisition Corp. since March 2025 and of Blue Water Acquisition Corp. III since November 2025. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rutgers University.
Kevin McGurn, aged 53, has been Chief Executive Officer of Texas Ventures Acquisition III Corp and Sono Group N.V. since September 2025. He also serves as board member and CEO of New America Acquisition I Corp. since July 2025, Yorkville Acquisition Corp. since March 2025, and Blue Water Acquisition Corp. III since November 2025. His prior experience includes Vice President of Advertising Solutions at T-Mobile (October 2023 to November 2024), President of Vevo LLC (January 2019 to October 2023), and Senior Vice President of Advertising Sales at Hulu (2007 to 2013). McGurn was named CEO of Triller Group in October 2024 but did not assume the position. He advises TMTG and is a limited partner and advisor to Revel Partners and Alpine Meridian. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1998.
Troy Rillo, aged 58, has been Chief Financial Officer of Texas Ventures Acquisition III Corp since September 2025 and a partner at Yorkville Advisors since 2004. He is Co-Chief Executive Officer of Yorkville Securities LLC, President and CEO of Yorkville America, LLC, Chief Financial Officer of Yorkville Acquisition Corp. since August 2025, and Chief Financial Officer of Blue Water Acquisition Corp. III since November 2025. Rillo has extensive experience as a business executive and attorney specializing in corporate finance, securities law, and investment management.
