Andrew Gengos, age 61, has been a director since January 2020. He has served as Chief Financial Officer at Terns Pharmaceuticals since February 2025. Gengos has over 30 years of experience in life sciences and biotechnology, with previous roles at Athira Pharma, Cytier Therapeutics, Amgen, and McKinsey & Company.
