Amos Kohn, age 65, is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of TurnOnGreen, Inc. He has served as CEO and Chairman since January 7, 2020, and as CFO since September 5, 2023. He founded TOG Technologies in 2021 and Digital Power Corporation in 2017, acting as CEO of both companies. From 2008 to 2017, he was President and CEO of Digital Power Corporation (now Hyperscale Data, Inc.) and served on its board from 2003 to 2020. Kohn has over 30 years of experience in high technology and holds a B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Business Administration certificate from the University of California, Berkeley. Marcus Charuvastra, age 47, has been President of TurnOnGreen, Inc. since September 20, 2022. He previously served as President from January to September 2022 and as Chief Revenue Officer from June 2021 to December 2025. On January 1, 2026, he became CEO of Gresham Worldwide, Inc. Charuvastra has 20 years of experience in strategic planning, sales, marketing, and business development, including roles at Targeted Medical Pharma, Inc. and Physician Therapeutics. He is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles. Douglas Gintz, age 59, was Chief Technology Officer of TurnOnGreen, Inc. from February 2021 to May 2025. Effective January 1, 2026, he became CTO and Chief AI Officer of Gresham Worldwide, Inc. He also served as CTO and Director of Global Technology Implementation at HSD from February 2021 to January 2025. Previously, Gintz was CEO of Pacific Coders, LLC from 2002 to 2022 and held senior positions at Endocanna Health, Inc. and Targeted Medical Pharma, Inc.
