Robert B. Barnhill, Jr.
Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer
Robert B. Barnhill, Jr. has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since
founding the current business in 1982. Mr. Barnhill has been a director of the
Company since 1982, and has served as Chairman of the Board since November 1993.
Aric Spitulnik
Senior Vice President, Secretary, and Chief Financial Officer
Aric Spitulnik joined the Company in 2000. Mr. Spitulnik was appointed Controller
in 2005 and Vice President in 2006. In 2012, he was appointed Corporate Secretary
and in 2014, he was appointed Senior Vice President. Since October 2013, Mr. Spitulnik
has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.
Douglas A. Rein
Senior Vice President of Performance Systems and Operations
Douglas A. Rein joined the Company in July 1999 as Senior Vice President of Performance
Systems and Operations. Previously, he was director of operations for Compaq Computer
Corporation and vice president, distribution and logistics operations for Intelligent
Electronics.
Craig A. Oldham
Senior Vice President, Strategic Marketing
Craig Oldham joined the Company in 2014 as Vice President, Strategic Marketing.
In 2015, Mr. Oldham was appointed to Senior Vice President. Previously, Mr. Oldham
served as Vice President of Digital Engagement at the Red Cross from August 2010
to March 2014.
Steven K. Tom
Senior Vice President, Analytics, Innovation and Learning
Steve Tom joined the Company in 2011. Mr. Tom was appointed Vice President in
2013 and Senior Vice President in 2015. Previously, Mr. Tom led marketing strategy
and analytics at Algeco Scotsman.
