Glen Miller, age 66, serves as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President. He has over 48 years of experience in solid waste collection, transportation, and disposal. Miller became CEO in May 2023 following the acquisition of Titan Trucking and was previously owner and CEO of Gold Medal Environmental Services, Inc. Dominic Campo, age 61, has been Chief Operating Officer since March 2025. He has over 55 years of experience in waste collection and recycling. Campo founded SWS in 2017 and served as its CEO until its acquisition in May 2024. He has held senior positions at Metro Sanitation LLC and Standard Disposal Inc. Michael Jansen, age 67, is Chief Financial Officer and Secretary since May 2023. He has 30 years of experience, including 14 years at Waste Management, Inc., and was Director of Finance Operations at GFL Environmental USA, Inc. Jansen holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Wayne State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. The board of directors includes Frank E. Celli, age 53, appointed in March 2023. Celli has 35 years of experience in waste and recycling, was co-founder and CEO of Interstate Waste Services, Managing Member of FC Advisory, consultant at Direct Waste Services, Inc., and former CEO and Chairman of BioHitech Global, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Pace University Lubin School of Business. Ajay Sikka, age 57, also serves as a director.
