Amy E. Sullivan, age 46, was promoted to President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Kirkland's in February 2024. She previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer beginning in April 2023, Senior Vice President and Chief Merchandising and Stores Officer starting February 2022, Vice President of Merchandising from October 2021 to January 2022, and Divisional Merchandising Manager from March 2012 to October 2021. Prior to joining Kirkland's, Sullivan held merchandising leadership roles at Lane Bryant, Lands’ End, Express, Kohl’s, and JCPenney. W. Michael Madden, age 55, has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since August 2022. Before joining Kirkland's, he was Chief Financial Officer at Priam Properties and held senior leadership and executive roles at Kirkland’s Home for over 18 years. Melody R. Jubert, age 54, was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer in November 2024. She joined Kirkland's as Senior Vice President of Operations in November 2023. Prior to Kirkland's, Jubert spent over 21 years at Chico’s FAS, Inc., concluding her tenure as Vice President of Community. There are no family relationships or special arrangements among these officers. All are elected to hold office for one year or until their successors are qualified.
