Joshua N. Silverman, age 55, serves as Executive Chairman of TAO Synergies Inc. (formerly Synaptogenix, Inc.). He joined the company as a Director and Chairman of the Board in August 2016 and currently holds the Executive Chairman position. Mr. Silverman is the managing member of Parkfield Funding LLC and has served as Interim Chairman, Interim Chief Executive Officer, and Interim President of PharmaCyte Biotech, Inc. since October 2022, having been a director there since August 2022. He co-founded Iroquois Capital Management, LLC and was co-chief investment officer until July 2016. Previously, he was co-chief investment officer of Vertical Ventures, LLC from 2000 to 2003 and a director of Joele Frank. He has held various director and executive roles at StableX Technologies, QC Technologies Inc., Petros Pharmaceutical, Inc., Marker Therapeutics, Inc., and Protagenic Therapeutics, Inc. Mr. Silverman earned a B.A. from Lehigh University in 1992. Robert Weinstein, age 66, is Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and Executive Vice President of TAO Synergies Inc. He joined Neurotrope in June 2013 as acting Chief Financial Officer and continued in that role following the spin-off to TAO Synergies Inc. Mr. Weinstein consults for Petros Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and has over 40 years of experience in accounting and finance, including roles as public accountant, investment banker, healthcare private equity fund principal, and CFO. Since 2011, he has been an independent consultant and has held CFO positions at Green Energy Management Services Holdings, Inc. and Xcorporeal, Inc. He serves on the boards of Xwell, Inc. and PharmaCyte Biotech, Inc., and formerly served as a director of Tao Weave, Inc. Mr. Weinstein holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, is an inactive CPA, and earned a BS in accounting from the State University of New York at Albany.
