Officers & Directors
Jianghuai Lin, age 57, serves as Director, Chairman of the Board, and Co-Chief Executive Officer. He has held the positions of Chairman and CEO since 2006 and has led the subsidiary IST since its establishment in 2006. Previously, he was President and CEO of Hong Kong United Development Group from 2000 to 2004 and Director and General Manager of Fujian Wild Wolf Electronics Limited from 1995 to 2000. He holds a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering from Wuhan University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Accounting from Xiamen University.
Bin Ma, age 57, has been Co-Chief Executive Officer since March 2, 2026. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate development and corporate management. Since 2023, he has been Chairman and CEO of Skyladder Group Limited, a wholly owned Hong Kong subsidiary. He has chaired Shenzhen Smart Skyladder IoT Limited and Tianjin Haizhi Ronggang Industrial Co., Ltd. since 2016. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Jinan University.
Zhiqiang Zhao, age 55, has served as President since August 2015 and Director since June 19, 2012. His experience includes corporate operations, strategic planning, and human resources. His previous roles include Supervisor of Human Resources at Foxconn Technology Group (2003–2005), Administrative and HR Director and Deputy General Manager at iASPEC (2005–2010), Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of the Company (from 2010), Vice Chairman of iASPEC (from 2010), and General Manager of ISIOT (from 2011). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering from Inner Mongolia University.
Liqiong (Iris) Yan, age 49, has been Chief Financial Officer since May 2021. She has over 10 years of experience in finance, investor relations, and corporate governance. Previously, she was Assistant CFO from 2018 to 2021 and has served as Director of Investor Relations and Secretary of the Board since 2007. She contributed to the Company’s Nasdaq listing, strategic acquisitions, and financings. She is a Certified Management Accountant licensed by the Institute of Management Accountants, holds a postgraduate diploma in Investment from Fudan University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economics from Beijing Normal University.
Zhixiong Huang, age 57, has been Chief Operating Officer since August 2015. His prior roles include General Manager of product development at Shenzhen Runsheng Information Systems Company Ltd. (2001–2002), Deputy General Manager of iASPEC (2002–2006), Vice President of the Company (2006–2013), and Chief Technology Officer (2008–2013). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Hehai University and has over 20 years of experience in information systems. He is a Director of the Shenzhen Computer Association.
