Nir Klein, age 58, has served as Chief Executive Officer since January 2011 and as a Director since August 2021. He holds a B.A. in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University and has extensive operational experience. Ilan Akselrod, age 48, has been Chief Financial Officer since September 2014. He previously served as controller at Mobileye Technologies Ltd. and holds a B.A. and a Master’s degree in economics and accounting from Bar Ilan University. Gal Nir Klein, age 56, has been Vice President of Marketing and Israel Sales since October 2005 and a Director since August 2021. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Tel Aviv University. Elihay Cohen, age 64, has been Vice President of Marketing and International Sales since July 2021. He previously held the same position at a tactical gear producer and served as a consultant to the company. Cohen has 20 years of management and sales experience in the high-tech sector and holds a B.Sc. in industrial engineering from Tel Aviv University. Ronen Hananis, age 45, has been Vice President of Operations and Development since July 2017. He has held various positions within the company since 2005, including R&D and Engineering Manager. He holds a B.Sc. in electrical engineering from Holon Institute of Technology. Ron Klein, age 60, has been Chairman of the Board since May 2017. He has served as CFO of Feat Fund Investments since October 2023 and is co-founder and COO/CFO of Xinteza API Ltd. since January 2022. He is also a director at Vgarden, Histour-Eltive Ltd., and Israel Bar Publishing House Ltd., and is a former CEO of ChickP Protein Ltd. He holds an executive MBA from Kellog Recanati and a B.A. in accounting and finance from Tel Aviv University. Yossi Tisch, age 59, serves as an External Director. He has been vice president of operations and engineering at Shikun & Binui Energy since 2018 and is a former CEO of two companies in the electricity production and energy sectors. Tisch is also a director at Orim Renewable Energies, Etgal Energy Ltd., Beit Hagadi Green Energies Ltd., Nevatim Renewable Energies Ltd., and PSP Investments.
