Ori Gilboa, age 61, has served as Chief Executive Officer since September 2019 and as a Director since June 2020. He was previously CEO of Negev Group from 2017 to 2019 and General Manager at James Richardson Corporation from 2012 to 2016. He holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Yossi Cohen, age 57, has been Chief Operating Officer since November 2014 and is a co-founder of the company. He oversees operations, the intellectual property portfolio, IT, and the OEM business. Prior to this, he was Business Operations Manager at Motorola Solutions Israel from 2007 to 2014. He holds an MBA and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
Meital Nevo, age 44, has been Chief Financial Officer since December 7, 2025. She has leadership experience in finance within public companies. Previously, she managed Finance Operations Israel at Teva from 2020 to April 2025 and worked at PwC Israel from 2007 to 2012. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and Accounting from Tel Aviv University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
Aviram Meidan, age 51, has been Vice President of Research and Development since October 2018. He was previously Vice President of R&D and CTO at Micronet Ltd from 2010 to 2018, CTO at Dai Telecom from 2010 to 2018, and R&D Manager at Motorola Communication from 1999 to 2008. He holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, a BA in Computer Science and Mathematics from Haifa University, and a BA in Practical Engineering from ORT College.
