Marius Barnett, age 43, has served as Chairman of the Company since July 31, 2025. He is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Karatage and is based in London with experience in real estate, technology, and venture capital. Barnett has been managing partner of RN3 Partners LLP since November 2021 and a director of Enhanced Ltd since June 2025 and Vita Mojo since July 2018. He previously founded Hercules Hex Holdco Sarl and was CEO of Glencore International’s Southeast Asia platform from 2007 to 2014. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and Mathematical Statistics from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa.
Douglas M. Polinsky, age 66, is Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, which he co-founded in January 2006. He has held the CEO and Director roles since then and served as Chairman until July 27, 2025. Polinsky has been President of Great North Capital Consultants, Inc., a financial advisory and investment company, since 1994. He is an independent director of Liberated Syndication, Inc. since 2015, serving on its audit and compensation committees. He earned a Bachelor of Science in hotel administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1981.
Joseph A. Geraci, II, age 56, is Chief Financial Officer and co-founder of the Company since January 2006. He served as a director from January 2009 to January 2026. Geraci has been managing member of Isles Capital, LLC since 2002 and Mill City Advisors, LLC since 2005. He was Director of Finance for Gelstat Corporation in 2005 and a stockbroker and Vice President at Oak Ridge Financial Services, Inc. from 2000 to 2004. He has experience in investment and finance across multiple sectors.
Stephen Mackintosh, age 37, has been Chief Investment Officer since July 31, 2025. He is a co-founder and employee of Karatage and has served as an advisor to the web3 sector.
