Itschak Shrem, age 78, has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since September 2025. He has over 40 years of experience in financial markets and venture capital, having founded Dovrat Shrem Ltd. in 1991 and Pitango Venture Capital Fund in 1993. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Bar-Ilan University and an M.B.A. from Tel-Aviv University.
Amitay Weiss, age 64, has been President and Director since September 2025. He joined the Board in August 2020 and previously held positions as Chairman and CEO. He founded Amitay Weiss Management Ltd. in 2016 and holds a B.A. in Economics from New England College, an M.B.A., and an LL.B. from Ono Academic College.
Oz Adler, age 39, has been Chief Executive Officer since January 2022 and Chief Financial Officer since April 2018. He has experience in managerial, financial, tax, and accounting roles and holds a B.A. in Accounting and Business Management from The College of Management, Israel.
Dr. Adi Zuloff-Shani, age 57, has served as Chief Technologies Officer since February 2016. She has over 20 years of research and development executive experience, including serving as Vice President of Development at Macrocure Ltd. from 2012 to 2016.
