Hanson holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University and completed executive programs at the Kellogg School of Management and Harvard University.
Wayde McMillan, age 56, has been Chief Financial Officer of Solventum since 2024. His prior roles include CFO of 3M’s Health Care Business Group, Insulet, and Medtronic plc, as well as various leadership positions at Covidien. McMillan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Merrimack College and an MBA from Bentley University McCallum Graduate School of Business. He serves on the board of directors of Hologic Inc.
Heather Knight, age 54, has been Chief Commercial Officer of Solventum since November 2025. She has over 30 years of experience in healthcare and was previously Chief Operating Officer at Baxter International, where she also held senior leadership roles including interim Group President of the Medical Products and Therapies segment.
