Tom Overwijn, age 64, has served as a director since March 2024. He is a partner at Fybe Finance since 2021 and serves as Interim Finance Manager. Overwijn previously held roles as CFO and Director of Siqura Group, COO of Optelecom-NKF, and worked as an auditor. He is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Netherlands Institute of Chartered Accountants. Kelli Roiter, age 54, has been a director since March 2024. She founded and managed Jefferies’ Private Capital Group until 2023. Roiter previously worked as a consultant at Fund Seven Inc. and held director positions at Citigroup and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette/Credit Suisse. She holds an MBA in Finance from Yale University and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors from Concordia University. Fabien Haubert, age 51, has served as Chief Executive Officer since March 2023.
