Zachary George has served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of SNDL since January 2020 and November 2019, respectively, bringing over 15 years of experience in catalyst-based investment opportunities and corporate management. Alberto Paredero Quiros was appointed Chief Financial Officer in July 2023 and has more than 25 years of management experience in consumer goods and pharmaceuticals, with previous senior roles at Mondelez International, Novartis, Newell Brands Inc., and Procter & Gamble Company. Ryan Hellard has been Chief Strategy Officer since June 2021, following his tenure as Chief Marketing and Product Officer beginning in March 2018, and has held senior positions at AppColony. Phil McBride became Chief Information Officer in November 2024, having held senior IT roles at OMERS, Norton Rose Fulbright Canada, and Molson Coors Canada; he holds degrees from Queens University and Simon Fraser University. Tyler Robson has served as President, Cannabis since January 2023; he was formerly CEO and COO of Valens and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Saskatchewan. Navroop Sandhawalia was named President, Liquor in November 2024, after serving as Vice President, Finance since October 2023; prior leadership roles include positions at Loblaws Companies Limited, and Sandhawalia holds a Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. Matthew Husson has been General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since February 2023, with previous legal experience at The Flowr Corporation, The Supreme Cannabis Company, Inc., and the Bank of Nova Scotia. Greg Mills has served as Non-Executive Chairman and Director since June 2019, bringing 34 years of capital markets experience, including 20 years at RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and leadership roles at RBC Capital Markets’ Global Equities.
