Xianfeng Yang, age 57, has served as Chief Executive Officer since December 21, 2020. He has extensive experience in cryptographic digital virtual currency and big data center operations and holds a bachelor's degree in Architecture from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Zhan Chen, age 34, became an Independent Director effective February 27, 2026. He is the founder and CEO of Open Mouth Food Inc. and former CEO of Boba Labs Inc. and Qin Yan Tech. He holds a bachelor's degree from East China University of Political Science and Law and completed executive education at CEIBS. Honghui Deng, age 57, has been an Independent Director since May 2011. He was an independent director at Borqs Technology Inc. from 2015 to 2019 and is a professor and global fellow at various institutions. Heng Henry Lu, age 60, serves as an Independent Director. Qiang Yuan, age 53, is the Chief Financial Officer. Qian Sun, age 52, served as an Independent Director until February 27, 2026. She is a partner at HongShan focusing on consumer and technology investments and holds degrees from Harvard College, Harvard Business School, and Harvard Law School.
