Xiaowu He, age 50, has served as Director, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board since May 2020. He co-founded Scienjoy Inc. and has been its CEO since October 2011. He is the sole shareholder and director of Enmoli Inc. and Heshine Holdings Limited. His previous experience includes positions at Tyco International, NCR/Teradata, M&L Export and Import Company, UTStarcom, Shida System Integration Company, and Fujian Posts and Telecommunications. He holds an MBA from the University of New Brunswick and a Doctorate in Business Administration from EU Business School.
Bo Wan, age 50, has been Director and Chief Operating Officer since May 2020 and co-founded Scienjoy Inc., serving as COO since October 2011. He is the sole shareholder and director of WBY Holdings Limited. His prior roles include managing software teams at NCR/Teradata in Beijing and Toronto, senior test development engineer at Huawei, and project manager and software engineer at China Unicom. He holds an MBA from Lawrence Technological University.
Denny Tang, age 56, has been Chief Financial Officer since May 2020 and CFO of Scienjoy Inc. since February 2020. Since March 2025, he has served as an independent non-executive director of Greatview Aseptic Packaging Company Limited. From 2007 to 2017, he was Group Finance Director at Ogilvy Beijing and held various leadership roles in business planning and development from 1999 to 2007.
