He has over 25 years of experience in the Israeli capital market, including roles as chairman and board member of companies such as Imed Infinity Medical and Atrade, and as CEO of Clal Finance. He holds an MBA and a BA in Economics and Business Management from Tel Aviv University. Orna Carni, aged 52, has been an External Director since December 2024. She is Managing Partner at FinTLV Ventures since 2022 and has held executive positions at AIG Israel, including Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, Chief Innovation Officer, and Vice President, Head of Life and Health Insurance.
