Ye founded Shengda Limited in 2007 and has over 20 years of experience in corporate and business management, along with more than 10 years in investment management. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an MBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
Bohong Du, age 55, is Director and Chief Financial Officer of SunCar. He is responsible for corporate strategy, planning, business development, and overall operations. Du joined SunCar in 2008 and has 20 years of experience in corporate and business management. He holds a college degree in financial accounting from Shanghai University, a bachelor's degree in business administration from Shandong University, and an MBA for senior executives from Xiamen University.
Zhunfu Lei, age 48, serves as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer of SunCar. He joined SunCar in 2012 as legal representative and executive Director of Shengda Limited and is the general manager of Shengda Limited and Jiangsu Shengda Automobile Service Co., Ltd. Lei is responsible for corporate strategy, planning, business development, and overall operations.
