Amir Reichman, age 50, has served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Scinai Immunotherapeutics Ltd. since 2021 and is also CEO of its subsidiary, Scinai Biopharma Services Ltd. His prior experience includes leadership roles at GSK Vaccines in Belgium, Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics Ltd. in North Carolina, and as a founding team member and Senior Scientist at NeuroDerm Ltd. He holds an M.Sc. in Biotechnology Engineering from Ben-Gurion University and an MBA from the Wharton School.
Uri Ben-Or, CPA, MBA, age 55, has been Chief Financial Officer of Scinai Immunotherapeutics Ltd. since 2007 and also serves as CFO of Scinai Biopharma Services Ltd. He founded CFO Direct in 2007 and has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting, including CFO roles at multiple life sciences companies. He holds a B.A. in Business from the College of Administration, an MBA from Bar-Ilan University, and is a certified public accountant in Israel.
Elad Mark, age 44, joined Scinai in 2018 as Site Head and became Chief Operating Officer in 2019. As of March 31, 2026, he serves as Chief Business Officer and Chief Technology Officer of Scinai Biopharma Services Ltd., overseeing business development and technical functions. His previous roles include Technical Process Manager and Area Lead Process at Novartis and Head of Engineering at Biopharmax Group. He holds a B.Sc. in Engineering from Afeka Academic College and an MBA from the Open University of Israel.
