Eric D. Tanzberger, age 57, has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2024. He joined the company in 1996, held various finance roles, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. Lori Spilde, age 55, has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary since 2023. She joined SCI in 2000, managed legal affairs and SEC filings, and holds a master's degree from The University of Texas as well as Juris Doctor, Master of Arts, and bachelor's degrees from the University of South Dakota. Elisabeth G. Nash, age 64, has been Senior Vice President, Operations Services since 2004. John H. Faulk, age 50, has been Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since 2010. Tammy R. Moore, age 58, has been Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since 2010.
