Jianwei Li, age 31, serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board. He is the founding and managing partner of Zhencheng Capital since May 2016. His prior roles include Partner at ZhenFund (2015–2016), Vice President at Sequoia Capital China (2011–2015), Vice President at Fidelity Growth Partners Asia (2007–2011), and consultant at Boston Consulting Group (2004–2007). Hao Ge, age 34, is a Director. He co-founded KuaiYouHuYu in 2018 and has been an investment advisor to Zhencheng Capital since 2016. Lulu Zhou, age 56, is an Independent Director, Chair of the Audit Committee, and member of the Nominating & Corporate Governance and Compensation Committees. She is currently CFO at Alpha Power Solutions (Shanghai) Limited. Her experience includes over a decade in financial management and auditing, work at KPMG since 2003, and CFO roles at DeNA Greater China and Senssun Co., Ltd. She holds an MBA from Tsinghua University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Junfei Ren, age 32, is an Independent Director and member of the Nominating & Corporate Governance and Audit Committees. She is Founder and CEO of Pando Finance Limited and has over ten years of experience in financial services and asset management. Her previous roles include senior positions at Deutsche Börse Group, ZhenFund, and Huobi Group. She founded Red Shore Capital in 2018. She holds a bachelor's degree from Purdue University, master's degrees from Stanford University and the University of Southern California, and an EMBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
Tianshi Yang, age 35, is an Independent Director and Chairman of the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee. He has more than 12 years of experience in finance and management across four Nasdaq-listed companies.
