Rami Schwartz, age 68, has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since February 2026. He has over 20 years of leadership experience in technology and enterprise software. Schwartz is Managing Director of the Portland Trust Israel, an Advisory Board Member of AlgoSec, and a director at Perion Network Ltd. His previous roles include CEO and Active Chairman at several companies, including Amdocs, and Chief of System Development for the Israeli Air Force. He holds a B.Sc. in mathematics and computer science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Rachel (Heli) Bennun, age 72, has been a director since December 2012 and served as Executive Chairman from September 2015 to December 2024. She has over 25 years of experience in hi-tech companies and co-founded Arel Communications & Software Ltd. and ArelNet Ltd., where she was CEO and director, leading both companies to IPOs. Bennun also served as CEO and director of OrganiTech USA, Inc. She holds an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Industrial and Management Engineering from Ben-Gurion University. Andre Fuetsch, age 55, has been a director since August 2023 and has been Managing Partner at Crossover Capital Partners LLC since January 2024. He held senior roles at AT&T Inc., including Executive Vice President and CTO Network Services, overseeing global technology direction and leading AT&T Labs and Foundry. Fuetsch holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley, and completed graduate coursework in Computer Science at Stanford University. Oren Most, age 75, has been a director since July 2019. He is the founder and former president of Golan Telecom, Ltd., and has held executive roles including President and CEO of Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. and Founder and Deputy CEO of Cellcom (Israel) Ltd. Most holds a B.A. in Sociology & Anthropology, Film & Television from Tel Aviv University and an M.B.A. from New York University. Yaron Ravkaie, age 57, has been a director since January 2020 and has served as CEO of Teridion Technologies Ltd. since January 2020. He was previously CEO of the company from January 2016 through December 2019 and was Chief Business Officer of RR Media Ltd. in 2015.
