Justin Floyd, age 60, is Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company. He is a co-founder with extensive experience in founding and investing in technology companies and global supply chains. Since September 2023, he has served as non-executive chairman of Ocpus and was appointed to the board of the AI Trust Foundation in June 2024. He previously co-founded CMR Surgical, Vecta, and CCL Group. Raju Datla, age 51, is Chief Financial Officer. He has over twenty years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic transactions within the technology and infrastructure sectors. He served as Chief Strategy Officer from October 2025 to March 2026 and held senior finance and strategy roles at various companies from 2012 to 2025. From 2007 to 2012, he was Vice President at Deutsche Bank. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an MS in Computer Information Systems from St. Mary’s University, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Bangalore University. Soumaya Hamzaoui, age 41, is Chief Product and Commercial Officer and Director. She is a co-founder and has been a director since the Company's inception. She served as Chief Operating Officer from January 2021 to August 2025 and as Chief Product Officer from February 2014 to December 2020. Prior to that, she was Senior Project Manager at Altran (now Capgemini) from 2008 to 2012, working on Orange Money development in Africa and supporting the banking, transport, and telecommunication industries. She holds an engineer’s degree in business engineering from Télécom SudParis and a master’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Abou Bekr Belkaid University. Hans Rudolf Kunz, age 71, is Chairperson of the Board of Directors and a co-founder of the Company. Other directors include Dr. Nikolaus Senn, age 66; David Chung-Hua Bolocan, age 61; Prem Parameswaran, age 57; and Dr. Mustafa Ergen, age 48.
