He holds similar roles at Castor Maritime Inc. since September 2017. He is a lawyer licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of Greece, with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Athens and a Master of Arts from the University of Warwick.
John Paul Syriopoulos, age 35, is a Class A Director and has been a non-executive member since April 14, 2025. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee and Vice President in the Fixed Income Technology department at a global investment bank. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Theologos Pagiaslis, age 40, has served as Chief Financial Officer since the Distribution. He has over 15 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, and corporate strategy. He also serves as CFO of Toro since May 2025.
