She previously worked as an auditor at Zhejiang Oulong Electric Co., Ltd., participating in the company's IPO due diligence in 2017. She holds an associate's degree in accounting from Anhui Wuhu Vocational and Technical College (2011) and an Intermediate Accountant certificate (2020). Wang-Ngai Mak, age 60, is a Director and Executive Vice President of Barakah Capital Holdings (M) Sdn. Bhd. since 2011. He has extensive experience in business strategy, corporate development, and management consulting. His prior roles include Vice President of e-Banking at CITIC Ka Wah Bank (Hong Kong), Chief Information Officer and CEO at ITG Systems Sdn. Bhd., and Executive Vice President at Daya Bay Zhongnan Industrial Development Corporation. He graduated with Honors from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy in 1995. Jizhou Hou, age 50, is an Independent Director and Chair of the Nominating Committee. He has 20 years of experience in the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence sectors. Hou is currently Chief Technology Officer of Feilu Cloud Computing Wenzhou Co., Ltd. From 2005 to 2009, he worked at Shanghai STMicroelectronics managing the Inner Mongolia Digital TV updating system project and served as Chief Architect of AI applications in electric vehicles at BYD Automation.
