Tim Rotolo, age 41, serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He is also Chairman and CEO of Range II and founder and CEO of Lloyd Harbor Capital Management since 2015. He founded Range Fund Holdings in 2022 and North Shore Indices, Inc., which launched URNM in 2019. Rotolo was CEO of Norfolk Markets from 2020 to 2023 and is Chairman of Premier American Uranium. He holds a B.A. from Tufts University. Andrew Kucharchuk, age 45, is Chief Financial Officer under a consultancy with Kujo Capital, LLC. He is CFO of Range Capital Acquisition Corp II and Cero Therapeutics, Inc. Kucharchuk has held CFO and CEO roles at Theralink Technologies, Inc., OncBioMune, Inc., and Adhera Therapeutics, Inc. He has been CFO of Chain Bridge I since April 2024 and served on the board of Windtree Therapeutics. He holds degrees from Louisiana State University and Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business. James Grigor, age 42, is a director and CEO of Syzygy Investment Advisory since September 2023. He was Chief Investment Officer of NZ Funds Management from 2017 to 2023. Grigor holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and a Post Graduate Diploma in Science from the University of Auckland and is a CFA Charterholder. Alexander Matina, age 49, is a director and Managing Member of LANECR Consulting since January 2024. He serves as director of NuRide, St. Francis Hospital Foundation, TGI Friday’s, Crowheart, S&W Seed Co., and Trinity Place Holdings. Matina was director of Papa Murphy’s from 2017 to 2019 and Portfolio Manager at MFP Investors LLC until 2023. He holds a B.S. from Fordham University and an MBA from Columbia University. John Lovett, age 74, is a director.
