Valentios “Eddie” Valentis, age 59, serves as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Class I Director. He founded Pyxis Maritime Corp. in 2007 and has over 32 years of experience in the shipping industry, holding various maritime positions since 1992. He holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. Henry P. Williams, age 70, has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since August 2015. He has over 36 years of experience in commercial, investment, and merchant banking and holds an MBA in Finance from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a BA from Rollins College. Konstantinos Lytras, age 61, has served as Chief Operating Officer since the company's inception and as Secretary since October 15, 2018. He has held various financial and management roles in shipping companies since 1992 and holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the Technological Institute of Piraeus and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Athens. Robin P. Das, age 53, is a Class III Director with experience in shipping finance and investment banking since 1995. He founded Auld Partners in 2013 and has held senior roles at Navigos Capital Management LLC, HSH Nordbank AG, WestLB, and J.P. Morgan.
