Loïsa Ranunkel, age 48, is a Class I Director and independent Director since 2022, serving as Chairman of the Compensation Committee. She specializes in Trade Credit and Political Risks insurance brokerage and has been involved with AU Group in Paris since 2018. From 2014 to 2018, she worked as a certified Political and Trade Credit Risks Insurance Broker in Greece. She began her career in 2006 managing Alcatel-Lucent's global Political and Commercial Risks program and has held positions at HSBC Investment Bank and Egis Group - BDPA. Ranunkel holds an MBA from IAE - Paris Sorbonne.
Aliki Paliou, age 50, is a Class II Director and Chairperson of the Board since 2022. She has been a Director since February 2020 and has served as Director, Vice-President, and Treasurer of Unitized Ocean Transport Limited since January 2020. From 2010 to 2015, she was Director and Treasurer of Alpha Sigma Shipping Corp. Paliou studied Theatre Studies at the University of Kent and earned an M.A. in Scenography from Central Saint Martins School of Art and Design in London.
