Bruce Lowthers, age 60, has served as Chief Executive Officer and Director since May 2022. He has 15 years of experience at FIS, including as President, and has held roles at eFunds and as a serial entrepreneur. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Massachusetts and began his career as a certified public accountant. John Crawford, age 55, has been Chief Financial Officer since September 2024. He spent nine years at FIS as Executive Vice President of Strategy, M&A, and Venture Capital, and previously held leadership positions in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Bear Stearns, as well as in commercial finance at GE Capital. Roy Aston, age 47, has been Chief Operating Officer since October 2022 and joined Paysafe in February 2019 as Chief Information Officer. His experience includes serving as Group CIO Barclaycard at Barclays and senior roles at Citi and egg. Robert Gatto, age 61, has been Chief Revenue Officer since July 2022, overseeing international sales across multiple sectors. He has over 30 years of experience in growth and go-to-market roles, co-founded Ureeka Inc., and held senior positions at Tubemogul, NeuStar, PointRoll, and ShopLocal. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Northern Illinois University. Richard Swales, age 53, has been Chief Risk Officer since October 2019 and Chief Compliance Officer since October 2022, with global responsibility for Risk, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, and ESG.
