Officers & Directors
Thierry Derez serves as Director, Chair of the Board, and Member of the Investment Committee. He is Chairman of the Board of PartnerRe and CEO of Covéa, the parent company of Covéa Group, a property and casualty insurance group in France. He was appointed Chairman of AM-GMF in 2001, MAAF Assurances in 2005, and MMA in 2007. Derez served as Chairman and CEO of Covéa from 2008 to 2022. Prior to joining AM-GMF Group in 1995, he practiced law at the Paris Court of Appeals and was Secretary of the Conference of the French Bar Association.
Brian Dowd is Lead Independent Director, Chair of the Investment Committee, and Member of the Underwriting and Risk Committee and Audit Committee. He previously served as Vice Chairman of ACE.
Jacques Bonneau is Director, President, and CEO of PartnerRe Ltd., and Member of the Underwriting and Risk Committee and Investment Committee. He will retire effective April 1, 2024.
