Danny Sheng Wu Yeung, age 47, serves as Director, Chairperson, and Chief Executive Officer. He co-founded Prenetics and has held the roles of CEO and Chairman since 2014. He is also co-founder and CEO of IM8, a health and longevity brand co-founded with David Beckham and owned by Prenetics. During the COVID-19 pandemic, under his leadership, Prenetics conducted 28 million tests, generated approximately $700 million in revenue, and completed a Nasdaq listing. Previously, he was a founding partner at SXE Ventures, leading investments in genetic testing companies and Honey Science Corporation, which was acquired by PayPal for about $4 billion in 2019. He founded uBuyiBuy in 2010, which was acquired by Groupon, where he subsequently served as CEO of Groupon East Asia. His earlier ventures include franchising Hui Lau Shan in the US and operating a hospitality furniture business for MGM Resorts International. Cheng Yin Pan (Ben), age 38, is an Independent Director. Since January 2025, he has been Chairman of the Board and CEO of Youngtimers AG, a Switzerland-listed asset management firm, and has served as CEO of C Capital since March 2016. He has experience in venture capital and private equity, with involvement in investments including CASETiFY, XiaoPeng (NYSE: XPEV), Animoca Brands, NOTHING, and Lalamove. He is a non-executive director at Ocean Line Port Development Limited (8502.HK) and serves on the Hong Kong Trade Development Council Mainland Business Advisory Committee and the Venture Committee of the Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association. Previously, he worked as an investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Standard Chartered Bank, participating in transactions such as the US$3.3 billion take-private of WuXi Pharma Tech, Temasek’s US$5.7 billion investment in Watson’s, and the US$2.1 billion acquisition of ING’s insurance business in Hong Kong, Macau, and Thailand. Dr. Darshan Shah, age 53, is an Independent Director and member of the Audit Committee, Compensation Committee, and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, appointed effective February 16, 2026. David Eric Vanderveen, age 57, is Director and President of Americas. Lo Hoi Chun (Stephen), age 41, is Chief Financial Officer.
