Playa is a leading all-inclusive resort owner, operator, and developer in great beachfront locations in popular holiday destinations in Mexico and the Caribbean. Playas aim is to capitalize on the rising popularity of the all-inclusive resort model by leveraging its globally known brand relationships and proprietary in-house direct booking capabilities to target first-time all-inclusive consumers at a low cost.

A Select Collection of All-Inclusive Resorts in Prime Locations. Our portfolio, we think, constitutes a great assortment of all-inclusive resorts. Our award-winning resorts are located in major holiday areas such as Cancn, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Vallarta, and Los Cabos in Mexico, Punta Cana and La Romana in the Dominican Republic, and Montego Bay in Jamaica. Our resorts are easily accessible from a variety of North American and international gateway markets.
All-Inclusive Resorts with a Wide Range of Options. We presently operate resorts in four major geographic regions with a variety of pricing ranges, which we feel diversifies our offering, fosters visitor loyalty, and encourages repeat business. We have eight separate brands that we use to run our properties. Having a portfolio of brands to offer owners and developers is critical to our ability to achieve management agreements and appealing acquisitions, since having a portfolio of brands reduces the risk of brand-on-brand supply growth and eventual cannibalism while also expanding our addressable market.
