Hideaki Horikiri serves as the chief financial officer and director of the Company. On December 30, 2025, he received 1,333,333 Common Shares as compensation under a restricted common share compensation agreement dated December 15, 2025. These shares are subject to a 20-year restriction on sale, transfer, loan, or pledge, which may be lifted by the board of directors. Hiroshi Furukawa is the chief executive officer and representative director of the Company. On January 20, 2026, he was issued 1,666,667 Common Shares as compensation under a restricted common share compensation agreement dated December 29, 2025, with the same 20-year restrictions subject to board cancellation. Both share issuances were approved by shareholder and board resolutions.
