Victor Sanchez, age 55, serves as Chief Executive Officer, President, and President of European Operations, positions he has held since January 1, 2015, and January 2011, respectively. His previous roles include Operations Manager at Merck Sharp & Dohme and Schering-Plough S.A. in Madrid, Spain, and Quality Control positions at Schering-Plough Products, LLC in Puerto Rico. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and an M.B.A. in Industrial Management from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, a Post Graduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical Validation Technology from the Dublin Institute of Technology, and a US Regulatory Affairs certification. Sanchez is a licensed chemist and a member of several professional societies.
Pedro J. Lasanta, age 66, is Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Administration, and Secretary. He has been CFO and Vice President since November 2007 and Secretary since December 1, 2014. His background includes private accounting practice, CFO for Pearle Vision Center PR, Inc., and audit manager at Ernst & Young. Lasanta graduated cum laude in business administration with a focus on accounting from the University of Puerto Rico and is a Certified Public Accountant. He received the Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association Service Manager of the Year award in 2012 and served on the Puerto Rico District Export Council for the U.S. Department of Commerce from 2014 to 2018.
